• Updating the Eligibility Details: When your company details change, you must update your domains to be consistent with your company details or you risk having your domain removed by auDA.
• Transferring domain to a third party: When you are transferring the ownership of your domain name to someone else because you sold it.

• Login to service portal
• Click service inventory
• Click relevant domain
• Click create order
• Choose change of registrant
• Follow the prompts in the form

• Go to the AUDA website above.
• Type in the domain name and complete the CAPTCHA code.
• The results will return the Registrar of Record, the Registrant Name and the Registrant email address for the domain name.
• Click on the Email button to have the current domain name password emailed to the Registrant email address. If the email address is not correct, contact us.

Registering as a Trust

When attempting to register or complete a change of registrant on an AU domain name using a trust ABN as your Registrant or Eligibility ID you will need to ensure that you specify the correct individual or corporation as trustee. For example:

• Registrant Name: John Citizen ATF The Example Trust
• Registrant ID Type: Sole Trader
• Registrant ID: ABN 11 789 456 123
• Eligibility Name: John Citizen ATF The Example Trust
• Eligibility Type: Trust
• Eligibility ID: ABN 11 123 456 789

If the Trustee is a Company ABN:

• Registrant Name: Trustee Pty Ltd ATF The Example Trust
• Registrant ID Type: Company
• Registrant ID: ABN 12 101 234 567
• Eligibility Name: Trustee Pty Ltd ATF The Example Trust
• Eligibility Type: Trust
• Eligibility ID: ABN 12 123 456 789
